Send us your booking and leave your keys at Be My Guest BnB Concierge Office, even if you don’t have booking yet, we will keep the keys and arrange them for any possible last minute booking.
You will recieve confirmation once your guests collect the keys.

Drop, pay and go
- Host drops the keys same day or before with guest name and arriving dates (no key holding)
- One time key exchange
- Photo of ID confirmation once the guest collects the keys
- Provide information and instructions to guide the guest to check-in
- Pay $10 AUD every time the key is dropped at the BnB concierge

- Unlimited key exchanges
- Secure key holding for any last minute booking
- Key return service

- Key management system notification send by email every time the key log in or log out
